By accessing and using Indie Grid ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Indie Grid is a service that connects your GitHub contributions to your Awtrix clock, displaying your coding activity as a visual pixel display on your desk. The service requires authentication through GitHub OAuth and connection to your Awtrix device.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Have a valid GitHub account
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect and use your GitHub contribution data solely for the purpose of displaying it on your connected Awtrix device. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any inconvenience or losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Indie Grid and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
